Are your vehicles properly licensed in Japan?

Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet is a green-plate licensed commercial vehicle with full permits and insurance, ensuring your safety on the road.

What does the charter price include?

It covers the day's vehicle usage, driver service, fuel, tolls, and parking. It does not include attraction tickets, your meals, the driver's meals, or other personal expenses.

Are the vehicles non-smoking?

Yes, all vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, your driver can guide you to the nearest designated smoking area.

Will I share the car with strangers?

No. TOUSIN offers fully private service — each booking serves only your own group.

Will I receive my driver's details before departure?

Yes. Our support team usually sends the driver's name, plate number, meeting point, and contact details within 72 hours before departure.

Can the driver speak Chinese or English?

Multilingual support can be arranged on request. Actual availability depends on the date, region, and vehicle resources.

Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. Please share your flight number at booking — we'll track its status, and your driver will meet you based on the actual arrival time per our waiting policy.

Can I change my itinerary on the day?

You can request changes, and we'll accommodate as far as possible based on the day's traffic, timing, vehicle schedule, and any cost differences.
